Andy joined the team at Impact in August of 2023 when he acquired majority ownership in the company. Prior to his time at Impact, Andy served as Executive Director at United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley for three years. He began his career with 11 years working with the Eau Claire Express baseball team, most recently as CFO and co-owner, after two summers as a stadium operations intern.

Andy is involved in the community with the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Eau Claire. He is currently the Chamber Board Chair and has served on the board since 2017.

Andy lives in Eau Claire with his wife Heather, daughter Teagan, son Trent, and two rescue dogs Toby and Ryley.
